Construction of a new two level building. The building includes 61 bedrooms and en‐suites, reception, office space, dining areas, clinical areas, chapel, theatre and internal courtyards. The new building joins to the
existing facility across two levels. Works also included refurbishment to the existing facility including demolition of works and construction of 10 new bedrooms, laundry and commercial kitchen.
