The LNB Electrics Team are excited to announce that electrical work has reached completion on the prestigious Sanctum Apartments, located in Brighton’s “Golden Mile”, Melbourne.
In line with the luxury design philosophy of Sanctum, all electrical fittings installed have been at the height of sophistication, innovation and technology – Italian light fittings from Caravaggio, tossB and Corporate Culture, Fermax intercom systems, and Bosch security systems.
A truly boutique development, Sanctum afforded each new owner the flexibility for customisation of fit out. From an electrical contractor perspective, this project allowed us to extend our services to cater to the individual needs of each apartment, whilst the specific building design ensures that electrical building maintenance will be minimal.
