Commercial Electricians, LNB Electrics have reached a significant milestone in the electrical fitout of the apartment complex in Southey St, Elwood.
The apartment building will be energised this week, with testing and finalising of all contracted elements to be agreed with the builders, Figurehead Construction.
On offer to all future residents of this 22 apartment complex was the opportunity to access upgrade packages for the electrical fitout. With an 80% uptake of these packages, LNB Electrics has been able to implement considerable customisation of the final product.
