Luke Bainbridge, Managing Director

Luke Bainbridge founded L.N.B Electrics in 2004. As an A-Grade Electrician, with over 25 years’ experience spanning both Australia and U.K in the electrical industry, Luke has worked with some of Melbourne’s leading companies in Project Management. He has specialised in education, aged care, apartment and commercial projects valued at up to $3.5 million with a labour force of up to 30 tradespeople. Luke is dedicated to building working relationships through quality workmanship, innovation and client satisfaction. This approach has ensured steady growth for the company and a loyal client base.

As Managing Director, Luke is passionate about fostering his strategy for growth within the industry, developing his expert management and electrical team, as well as building new and strengthening existing business relationships. With a hands-on approach, Luke is often seen on job sites and liaising with clients.

Mathew Callanan, Operations Manager

Mathew Callanan came to L.N.B. Electrics with over 20 years’ experience in electrical, construction and maintenance projects valued at up to $2 million including data centres and national rollouts. Mathew is passionate about data communications, IT and security. He is focused on the day-to-day operations of the business with a special interest in project development, timely and efficient project delivery, new technology and client satisfaction.

Anthony Mapp , Project Manager

As Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in all stages of projects from initial site planning to final project delivery, Anthony has proven to be a reliable member of the team. Anthony is passionate about problem solving, telecommunications, civil construction, effectively liaising with clients and strengthening existing business relationships by providing excellent service.

Jez Nazifovski, Service & Maintenance Manager

Jez joined LNB Electrics in 2016 and has over 12 years’ experience as an A-Grade Electrician and over 5 years’ experience as a Service Manager. Jez is passionate about problem solving, new technologies, effectively liaising with clients and strengthening new and existing business relationships by providing excellent service.
