LNB Electrics, in conjunction with Figurehead, has taken on a design and construct role on mecwacare’s newest Bayside Melbourne housing project. Conveniently located close to Sandringham station and just a few hundred metres from the beach, restaurants and cafes, the residential site will consist of 27 apartments. LNB Electrics will undertake creative design control for lighting, switchboard and overall electrical installation as well as being appointed the Electrical Contractor. LNB Electrics will undertake all electrical work to fit out the apartment complex, including all power, light fittings, conduits for future NBN installation, switchboard installation, intercom installation and access control system installation, MATV system installation.
