LNB Electrics are pleased to announce they have been appointed the electrical contractor on a boutique residential project in the exclusive Melbourne suburb of Malvern. Teaming up with developer, Figurehead at the Glenferrie Road address, the complex will comprise 16 luxury apartments. Featuring architecturally designed European electrical fixtures and fittings and state of the art security, LNB Electrics have been working in close collaboration with the project’s architects to bring to life the uncompromising quality and style that epitomises the Opus’ design ethos.
LNB Electrics will undertake all electrical fit out elements for Opus Apartments including all power, light fittings, NBN installation, electrical fire installation, switchboard installation, intercom installation and access control system installation. Security installation will consist of CCTV for common areas, video intercom system, plus alarms installed into individual apartments that will have the capability for monitoring via access control interface.
