LNB Electrics is proud to announce a new collaboration with Figurehead Construction, as the appointed Electrical Contractor on the Wilton residential development in Melbourne’s prestigious eastern suburbs.
Located on the corner of Cotham and Charles Street in Kew, the Wilton will comprise 9 townhouses that will boast generous amenities whilst paying due respect to the original building’s heritage as the KEW RSL Social Club.
As commercial electricians, LNB will conduct the full electrical fitout at the Wilton’s 9 townhouses as well as the RSL complex’s overarching carpark. For the first time we’ve got our 2 tonne bobcat excavator on site to prepare for installation of the new underground infrastructure. LNB will be responsible for not only the new infrastructure but inground substation conduits to be connected via citipower’s underground supply, future proofing the RSL for years to come. We will also be responsible for all power, light fittings, NBN installation, electrical fire installation, main switchboard installation, EMF Shielding, intercom installation and access control system installation.
