Commercial Electrical Contractors, LNB Electrics are close to completion on yet another collaboration with Figurehead Construction at the Gardiner Rise Apartment Complex in Melbourne’s prestigious Glen Iris.
Set against the backdrop of gorgeous Gardiners Creek, this stylish corner complex will comprise 36 apartments and include a double level basement car park, retail space at ground level with four levels of one and two bedroom apartments.
LNB Electrics will be in charge of all electrical fit out elements for the apartment complex including all power, light fittings, NBN installation, electrical fire installation, switchboard installation, intercom installation and access control system installation.
This project is due to complete in September 2016.
