LNB Group is delighted to announce a new collaboration with Devco as the appointed contractor on the major redevelopment of the Holy Trinity mixed use site in Melbourne’s distinguished Kew.
This major project involves demolition of old buildings, upgrading of heritage listed church and surrounding buildings, and all new construction combining commercial tenancy with residential apartments and engages both divisions of LNB Group, LNB Electrics and LNB Excavations.
Major works conducted by LNB Group will entail new supply pillar and excavation work for a new main switchboard in the new construction as well as resupply to heritage listed buildings; all new carpark lighting and landscape lighting; full electrical fit out including all power, light fittings, NBN installation, electrical fire installation, switchboard installation, intercom installation and access control system installation.
