LNB Group is excited to be working with Ireland Brown Constructions and Japara Healthcare on the development of Kingston Gardens Aged Care in Springvale South.
The development includes three separate components of work:
Stage 1 – Construction of a new two level building with a gross floor area of approximately 5,000m2 The building will include 61 bedrooms and en-suites, reception, office space, dining areas, clinical areas, chapel, theatre and internal courtyards. Once complete the new building will join into the existing facility across two levels.
Stage 2 – Refurbishment works to the existing facility including demolition of works and construction of 10 new bedrooms, laundry and commercial kitchen.
External works – concrete pavements, fencing, furniture and soft landscaping.
As the appointed contractors, utilising both LNB Electrics and LNB Excavations divisions, LNB Group will contribute in stages 1 & 2 with a new substation including VEDN conduit installation, new main switchboard & distribution boards, plus all light, power and communications.
