Located in the heart of Canterbury, the renewal of the pavilion at Camberwell Hockey Club (CHC) will address the current ageing and functional limitations of the existing building to ensure the pavilion is better able to service the CHC and the wider community. CHC will remain operational during the construction.
The project includes;
• Ground Floor – Reception, gym, change rooms, ice bath, spa pool and storage area
• Level 1 – Function room, meeting space, canteen and physio consultation room.
• External fencing, exposed aggregate pavement, perforated metal screen façade, timber deck and viewing platform.
The project will be delivered in advance of the next winter hockey season, and completion should be expected March 2018.
As the appointed commercial electricians, LNB Electrics will be responsible for the pavilion’s full electrical fit out including all power, light fittings, switchboard & distribution board installation, and access control system installation.
The CHC has been designed to incorporate a full suite of sustainability initiatives with the aim of achieving a 5 Star equivalent rating
