As the newly appointed electrical contractor, LNB Electrics is excited to announce their first collaboration with LexiconCo on the Gordon Street apartment complex in Melbourne’s Elsternwick.
Located in a prime position off bustling Glenhuntly Road, near Elsternwick station and the Classic Cinemas, the Gordon Street multi residential complex will comprise 52 one and two bedroom apartments over seven floors. It will also feature a single level basement car park with car stacker and ground floor restaurant.
As commercial electricians, LNB Electrics will be responsible for Gordon Street’s full electrical fit out including all power, light fittings, NBN installation, electrical fire installation, switchboard installation, intercom installation and access control system installation.
