Another fantastic project in collaboration with Building Engineering is complete for LNB Group. Utilising both the LNB Electrics and LNB Excavations divisions, this project involved significant excavation and infrastructure works.
A dedicated Year 9 campus, the IGS University Campus is located on the outskirts of La Trobe University’s Melbourne campus in Macleod in newly renovated terrace buildings. The terraces were significantly transformed into modern educational spaces, designed specifically for the learning needs of Year 9 students at a crucial stage in their academic journey. In an Australian-first, IGS entered into a long-term partnership with La Trobe University, providing Year 9 students with a year-long hybrid secondary school-university learning experience. Construction activities included significant internal demolition, structural rectification and alteration works, and refurbishment works within two existing heritage listed terrace buildings over two levels.
