Located in a prime position just a couple of blocks back from the beach and adjacent to Bay Street’s shopping and restaurant precinct, Port One Eleven will feature modern elegant textures, warm sophisticated colour palettes and stunning high quality finishes to reflect Port Melbourne’s iconic personality. The new construction will comprise 26 one, two and three bedroom apartments with single basement car parking.
As commercial electricians, LNB Electrics will be responsible for Port One Eleven’s full electrical fit out including all power, light fittings, NBN installation, electrical fire installation, switchboard installation, intercom installation and access control system installation.
